Shipping times, customs clearance, duties, freight charges and other external logistics matters may depend on carriers, authorities, destinations and third parties.
7. Pricing and Project Fees
Where pricing or project fees are displayed, they apply only to the stated scope.
Project fees cover the agreed Altivex service scope. Product costs, freight, duties, inspections, testing, samples, packaging/tooling and other third-party expenses are quoted separately where applicable.
Prices and scope may change before a project is formally accepted.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Altivex does not guarantee specific sales results, distribution results, buyer responses, market performance or commercial outcomes.
Any market or distribution support is intended to create business opportunities and does not guarantee buyers, sales or distribution.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, branding, layouts and other materials owned by Altivex, may not be copied, reproduced, modified or distributed without appropriate authorization.
